4.1 Company Rights

• To refuse service if invalid or misleading information is detected

4.2 Company Obligations

• To ensure product quality in accordance with committed standards

• To deliver goods on schedule (except in force majeure cases)

5. Ordering and Production

• Orders are only valid upon confirmation by both parties (via contract or written agreement)

• For custom manufacturing orders:

  • Customers must provide detailed drawings/specifications

  • The Company is not responsible for errors arising from customer-provided information

6. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are agreed upon for each specific order

• Payment methods: bank transfer or cash (as agreed)

• The Company may require a deposit for production orders

7. Delivery and Acceptance

• Delivery time is as stated in the contract or order confirmation

• Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt

• Any complaints must be submitted within the specified period (e.g., 3–7 days)

8. Warranty and Complaints

• Products are warranted according to agreement or specific policies

• Warranty does not apply if products:

  • Are used improperly

  • Are affected by external physical or chemical impacts

• Complaints will be handled as promptly as possible

9. Data Privacy

The Company commits to:

• Not disclosing customer information to third parties without consent

• Using information solely for transaction processing and service improvement

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Damages beyond its reasonable control

• Errors caused by improper use of products
